Cognavi Conducts 'Engineering Your Future' Industry Outlook Workshop at COEP

Cognavi India successfully conducted its flagship Industry Outlook Seminar at the College of Engineering Pune (COEP), engaging undergraduate engineering students in a high-impact session focused on long-term career thinking in core engineering.

Led by Zachary Bushnell, the session went beyond a traditional guest lecture and introduced students to the 'Marathon vs. Sprint' approach to career design. The discussion highlighted the growing demand for over one million skilled engineers under India's National Manufacturing Mission, and mapped how students can strategically progress from Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) roles to leadership positions in core engineering domains.
